Universal Lighting Asks High Court To Review IP Dispute

Law360, New York (January 15, 2016, 3:47 PM EST) -- Universal Lighting Technologies Inc. has urged the U.S. Supreme Court to reconsider a ruling that it infringed a Lighting Ballast Control LLC patent and that the patent is not indefinite, saying that the justices need to clear up inconsistencies in claim construction methods that remain even after its landmark Teva ruling.
