Senate Judge Battle Keeps Attorneys Away From Bench

Law360, Washington (January 15, 2016, 5:37 PM EST) -- The U.S. Senate in 2015 confirmed the fewest number of federal judges in more than five decades, with continued delays in the confirmation process leading to delays in civil cases and discouraging attorneys in private practice from joining the federal bench, experts said.
