Gazprom Looks To Up Independent Pipeline Access

Law360 (October 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Russia's OAO Gazprom is working with national authorities to create nondiscriminatory access to its pipeline system following requests from the country's government, the energy producer announced Tuesday.
