DLA Piper Pulls In New Patent Attorney

Law360 (July 13, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary U.S. LLP has nabbed a seasoned patent litigator to help expand the intellectual property litigation practice in its Chicago office.

Thomas Pasternak comes aboard the firm as a partner after serving as vice president and chief patent counsel at R.R. Donnelley & Sons.

He said he was excited about the opportunity to enhance the existing practice at DLA Piper.
