Justices Won't Consider Overturning Roe In ND Appeal

By Dani Kass (January 25, 2016, 2:29 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear a case from North Dakota over whether the state can criminalize certain types of abortion, seeking to overturn Roe v. Wade in the face of allegedly new scientific evidence about when a fetus can survive outside the womb.
