Buffets Holdings Looks To Emerge From Ch. 11 In '09

Law360, New York (October 31, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Buffets Holdings Inc. has filed a reorganization plan with a Delaware court that, if approved, would allow the restaurant chain owner to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the first quarter of 2009, the company said.

The owner of the nation's largest steak buffet chains filed its plan and disclosure statement Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
