Court Affirms Noninfringement Of J&J Suture Patent

Law360, New York (October 31, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has let stand a jury verdict finding that surgical equipment maker Arthrex Inc. did not infringe a patent held by Johnson & Johnson subsidiary DePuy Mitek Inc. for a suture used in orthopedic surgery.
