Credit Market Woes Claim 32 Jobs At McKee Nelson

Law360 (November 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The 17 associates and 15 administrative staff members laid off by McKee Nelson LLP on Monday were casualties of devastation in the credit markets, and their dismissals had nothing to do with their performance, the firm has said.
