BAA Violated Antitrust Law: UK Regulators

Law360 (November 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- In the latest blow to BAA Ltd., the United Kingdom's competition watchdog has accused the company of breaching antitrust laws at its Stansted airport, rejecting BAA's request for a substantial boost in landing charges and instead setting up a price cap over the next five years.
