NRDC Sues Forest Service Over Rockies Gas Project

Law360 (November 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Natural Resources Defense Council, along with Wilderness Workshop, has accused the U.S. Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management of failing to adequately consider the environmental and health effects of an oil and gas project in Colorado's Rocky Mountains before approving the drilling.
