Needle & Rosenberg Names Three Shareholders

Law360, New York (January 12, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- Three attorneys at Needle & Rosenberg have become shareholders of the firm, the Atlanta-based intellectual property boutique said.

Jacqueline M. Hutter, William F. Long and Tina Williams McKeon, Ph.D. are the new equity officers at the firm, one of the largest intellectual property firms in the Southeast.

Founded in 1983, Needle & Rosenberg is active in patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing and litigation. The firm’s key patent practice areas include biotechnology, chemical, electronics, software and mechanical.
