Colo. Court Denies Buffalo Development Water Rights

Law360 (November 5, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Colorado Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that a Colorado water court did not err when it did not allow Buffalo Park Development Co. water rights to build new subdivisions, putting an end to a 15-year-old case.

The case goes back to 1994, when Buffalo Park applied for water rights to build 205 wells to support five new subdivisions in Jefferson County.
