Compliance Thoughts From The International Cartel Workshop
Law360, New York (February 10, 2016, 10:58 AM EST) -- I just returned from Tokyo and the 11th American Bar Association/International Bar Association International Cartel Workshop, Feb. 3-5. The workshop hosted attendees from over 26 countries, and senior enforcement officials from 12 countries made appearances. The workshop is unique, in my experience, in the way it dramatizes issues, from a company first discovering a cartel through the many decision points that occur during the investigation, both on the defense and prosecution side.
