Law360, New York (February 10, 2016, 10:58 AM EST) -- I just returned from Tokyo and the 11th American Bar Association/International Bar Association International Cartel Workshop, Feb. 3-5.[1] The workshop hosted attendees from over 26 countries, and senior enforcement officials from 12 countries made appearances.[2] The workshop is unique, in my experience, in the way it dramatizes issues, from a company first discovering a cartel through the many decision points that occur during the investigation, both on the defense and prosecution side.[3]
