EPA Clarifies Status Of Carbon Nanotubes

Law360 (November 5, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- In an effort to keep chemical manufacturers abreast of the registration requirements for producing carbon nanotubes, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued a notice of clarification regarding the nano-sized particles, which have applications in many fields of materials science.
