Extreme Wins Injunction In Patent Suit V. Enterasys

Law360 (November 5, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Enterasys Networks Inc. has been ordered by a federal judge to stop selling three kinds of routers found to infringe the patents of rival networking company Extreme Networks Inc.

In an order filed last week, Judge Barbara B. Crabb granted part of Extreme's request for a permanent injunction in the case, about five months after a jury in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin found the products infringed.

Under the order, Enterasys will be prohibited from making the X-Pedition 8000, X-Pedition 8600...
