All American Creditors Tweak Plan After Settlement

Law360 (November 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- All American Semiconductor Inc.'s unsecured creditors committee has proposed an amended plan of liquidation modifying the proposed flow of funds to the company's creditors, following a round of settlements earlier this year.

The plan, which has the support of AMS, was filed Wednesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. The committee of unsecured creditors filed the first version of the plan in January.
