Acambis Boosted In Battle For Smallpox Vaccine Market

Law360 (July 18, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Vaccine producer Acambis got a boost today in its battle with Bavarian Nordic A/S to become the supplier of smallpox vaccines to the U.S. government, with International Trade Commission transcripts indicating that the patents asserted by Bavarian Nordic are invalid.
