Asbestos Victim Fights Own Autopsy

Law360, New York (November 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A 71-year-old who worked around asbestos for decades and is now sick with mesothelioma is fighting an order that his body be autopsied before his family can sue the companies he alleges poisoned him.

The asbestos victim's lawyer argued Friday in the Superior Court of Washington for King County that the court should honor his client's non-religious moral objections to an autopsy.
