Court Reporter For Convicted Judge Settles Suit

Law360, New York (November 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The former court reporter for a judge convicted of indecent exposure has agreed to settle for $170,000 a suit she filed against the state of Oklahoma for wrongful termination and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Lisa Foster said she was terminated from her position as a court reporter to Judge Donald Thompson in the Oklahoma Creek County court in retaliation for reporting him for indecent behavior to the Oklahoma Council on Judicial Complaints in 2003.
