ClearOne Scores Over $10M In Trade Secret Suit

Law360, New York (November 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Audio and video company ClearOne Communications Inc. has scored a jury verdict of approximately $10.5 million in a case where the company accused former employees of stealing trade secrets about audio-conferencing technology.

The verdict was handed down by a jury in the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah on Wednesday, ClearOne announced Friday.
