Rambus Hits Nvidia, Others With ITC Complaint

Law360 (November 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Rambus Inc. has lodged a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission targeting Nvidia Corp. and several other companies, seeking to block the importation of products that allegedly infringe nine Rambus patents related to semiconductor chips with synchronous dynamic random access memory controllers.
