Morgan Stanley Takes Alleged Turncoat To Task

Law360, New York (November 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. is asking a court to throw off a lawyer who used to represent the investment giant from various arbitration proceedings, arguing that he is using insider information to help its adversaries.

On Friday, Morgan Stanley filed suit against Neil Solomon and his law firm in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, asking for the firm to be disqualified and the arbitration proceedings stayed for the time being.
