Fla. Workers Sue City For Race Discrimination

Law360, New York (November 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Seven black employees of the city of Leesburg, Fla., are suing the city, alleging they were the victims of systemic race discrimination and harassment.

The workers — one a police officer — filed their second amended complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida on Friday, claiming multiple breaches of state and federal civil rights laws.
