Ex-CEO Of MCA Barred From Investment Industry

Law360 (November 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has barred the former head of fallen Detroit-area mortgage firm MCA Financial Corp. from working in the investment industry as a result of his role in the largest securities scandal in the state's history.
