Ex-CEO Of MCA Barred From Investment Industry

Law360, New York (November 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has barred the former head of fallen Detroit-area mortgage firm MCA Financial Corp. from working in the investment industry as a result of his role in the largest securities scandal in the state's history.

In an order handed down Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Judge Marianne O.
