Mattel Moves To Round Up Bratz Dolls

Law360 (November 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- After a limited copyright infringement victory, Mattel Inc. is reportedly demanding that the court confiscate all of MGA Entertainment Inc.'s Bratz dolls and forbid the company from manufacturing the popular toys again in hopes of closing a loophole in the jury verdict.

On Monday, attorneys for Mattel were scheduled to appear in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, hoping to persuade the judge to implement a permanent injunction in the ongoing dispute between the Barbie maker and MGA, according to Bloomberg....
