Consolidated 3rd-Party Payer Seroquel Case Tossed

Law360 (November 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has tossed a consolidated case brought by several union health and welfare benefit funds that claimed they were duped into paying hundreds of millions of dollars for the anti-psychotic drug Seroquel as a result of an allegedly fraudulent marketing campaign orchestrated by AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP.
