Lawmakers Warned Of Harms Of EU Tax Investigations, BEPS

Law360, New York (February 24, 2016, 1:02 PM EST) -- The European Union’s investigations into sweetheart corporate tax deals and new anti-tax base erosion rules threaten to enhance the coffers of European countries at the expense of American companies, lawmakers heard Wednesday.
