Green Groups Sue Over Alaska Herbicide Use

Law360, New York (November 13, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Two Alaska environmental groups have sued the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to stop the use of herbicides to destroy invasive plant species in the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge, the Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge and the city of Kodiak.
