Law360, New York (March 8, 2016, 1:41 PM EST) -- The number of Federal Circuit opinions involving Patent Trial and Appeal Board decisions rose sharply last year, and the appeals court affirmed the board nearly 88 percent of the time — trends that attorneys say will drive even more accused infringers to challenge patents under the America Invents Act.
