Investor Hummer Winblad Seeks $125M For Latest Fund

Law360, New York (March 7, 2016, 11:16 AM EST) -- Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, a private investor that plugs capital into early-stage enterprise software companies, is looking to raise $125 million for its seventh venture fund, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners VII LP, seeks $125 million, according to a Form-D filed with the SEC on Friday. Little other information was included in the filing, aside from the fact that Lars Leckie, Mitchell Kertzman and Steve Kishi were named as executive officers for the fund...
