6th Circ. Remands Fight Over Tobacco Payouts

Law360 (November 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appeals court has sent a dispute between Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas and five Florida law firms over millions of dollars in tobacco liability settlement payments back to federal district court for further proceedings.
