Garza Named To Take Over As DOJ Antitrust Chief

Law360 (November 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- President Bush has announced he will appoint Deborah Garza, currently a deputy assistant attorney general at the U.S. Department of Justice's antitrust division, to the position of acting assistant attorney general in charge of the division.

Garza will replace Thomas Barnett, who is set to resign Nov. 19, the White House announced Thursday.
