Deals Rumor Mill: TransCanada, Westar Energy, Chicco

According to the report, TransCanada is looking into a takeover of Columbia Pipeline Group, which has a market value of about $8 billion, and a deal could be inked within the next few weeks. The transaction could wind up being worth upwards of $10 billion, the report added....
