UK Court Cuts Sentences For Marine Hose Defendants

Law360 (November 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.K. Court of Appeals has reportedly reduced the criminal sentences of three businessmen who were charged with participating in a marine hose cartel, although it might have reduced the sentences even further if not for a deal with U.S. prosecutors.
