Big Dig Contractor To Pay $21M In Tunnel Collapse

Law360, New York (November 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- One of the largest contractors in Boston's Big Dig highway construction project has agreed to pay $21 million in damages to the commonwealth of Massachusetts to resolve claims related to a fatal tunnel ceiling collapse in 2006, as well as the costs of repairing leaks and other construction problems.
