High Court To Consider Due Process In Massey Case

Law360 (November 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday agreed to hear arguments to determine whether a judge's failure to recuse himself from a case in which he received a $3 million campaign contribution from one party violates the due process rights of the other, as petitioner Harman Mining Corp. has alleged.
