Dow Accuses Turkish Competitor Of Trade Secret Theft

Law360, Wilmington (March 10, 2016, 6:55 PM EST) -- Chemical giant Dow accused a Turkish competitor of stealing trade secrets relating to polymer manufacturing by hiring former Dow employees with knowledge of the manufacturing process in a complaint recently transferred to Delaware’s Chancery Court.
