New Members Named To USPTO Advisory Committees

Law360 (November 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Six new appointees have been named to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Patent Public Advisory Committee and Trademark Public Advisory Committee, including a National Inventors Hall of Fame board member, former USPTO deputy director and former chief counsel to the Senate Judiciary Committee.

U.S. Commerce Secretary Carlos M. Gutierrez named the new members in an official statement on Tuesday.

The new TPAC members are Mary Boney Denison, Makan Delrahim and Timothy J. Lockhart.
