Eli Lilly, Princeton Fire Off Another Alimta Suit

Law360, New York (November 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Eli Lilly and Co. and the trustees of Princeton University have shot off a lawsuit aimed at keeping Teva Parenteral Medicines Inc. from marketing a generic version of the chemotherapy drug Alimta, this time over the 100 mg dose of the drug.
