Judge Sides With SEC In GlobeTel Privilege Spat

Law360, New York (November 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The magistrate judge in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's case against two ex-GlobeTel Communications Corp. employees has directed The DeCarlo Group LLC to comply with an SEC subpoena, ruling that any privilege claims GlobeTel may have had on the documents at issue were waived because of the company's delay in reviewing them.
