Settlement Fund Approved In KFC Overtime Pay MDL

Law360, New York (November 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has approved the terms of a settlement fund to be divvied among hundreds of plaintiffs in the multidistrict litigation against Kentucky Fried Chicken Corp. that includes hundreds of cases alleging the fast food giant violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by neglecting to pay its assistant unit managers overtime.
