Fed. Circ. Reverses Ruling In IV Patent Dispute

Law360, New York (November 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- ICU Medical suffered a blow in its patent battle with rival Medegen MMS Inc. Thursday when a federal appeals court reversed a lower court ruling that ICU Medical had not infringed Medegen's patent for a needle-free intravenous connection.
