Freedom's Watch Seeks Default Ruling Against OPEC

Law360, New York (November 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Conservative activist group Freedom's Watch has asked a federal judge to issue a default ruling against the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries in a lawsuit the group filed earlier this year alleging that OPEC is in violation of U.S. antitrust laws.
