Barr Settles With CVS, Walgreen But Not Meijer

Law360, New York (November 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- After years of battling, CVS Pharmacy Inc. and Walgreen Co. have buried the hatchet with Barr Pharmaceuticals over an alleged antitrust conspiracy to keep a generic version of the oral contraceptive Ovcon off the shelves, but Meijer Inc. does not appear to be ready to forgive and forget.
