Law360, New York (November 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Weak demand and low productivity continued to plague the legal market in the third quarter despite a late-quarter rally in countercyclical practice areas, according to an economic index of law firm market performance that predicts 2009 will be a difficult year.
