Transportation-To-Work Case Rightly Nixed: 10th Circ.

Law360 (November 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appeals court has shot down a bid by a group of workers to overturn the dismissal of the workers' claims against both their company and their labor union for refusing to provide them transportation to and from work.
