Lilly Shoots Off 2 More Cymbalta Suits

Law360 (November 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Eli Lilly and Co. has added two Indian generic-drug makers to the long list of companies it has sued in an attempt to stop them from marketing copycat versions of the antidepressant Cymbalta.

In a pair of complaints filed just before Thanksgiving with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, Eli Lilly accused Aurobindo Pharma Ltd., Lupin Ltd. and their U.S. subsidiaries of patent infringement.
