NationsHealth Workers Launch Unpaid Wage Action

Law360 (November 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Employees of medical supply business United States Pharmaceutical Inc., better known as NationsHealth, have filed a putative class action accusing the company of “intentionally miscalculating” wages.

The complaint, filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act, said that NationsHealth deliberately failed to pay requisite bonuses and proper overtime amounts.
