No Failure To Warn In Welding Fumes Case: Jury

Law360, New York (November 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal jury has spoken in one more case in the multidistrict welding fume litigation, siding with defendants including Lincoln Electric Co. and Union Carbide Corp., who were sued by a welder who allegedly developed manganese-induced Parkinsonism from exposure to toxic fumes caused by the tools of his trade.
