Medical Marijuana Becomes Legalized in Pennsylvania

Law360, Philadelphia (April 18, 2016, 1:53 PM EDT) -- Pennsylvania Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf on Sunday signed a bill legalizing medical marijuana, making the state the 24th in the country to approve the drug for therapeutic uses.

The governor had previously announced that he intended to sign the measure, known as Senate Bill 3, which cleared the state House and Senate last week with a rare show of bipartisan support.
